Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Rank: Must be an ex-servicemen officer of the rank of Brigadier or equivalent ranks from the Indian Navy or Air Force.
Age Limit: The candidate shall not be more than 60 years of age.
Service Record: Must have a clean record of previous service and good character.
Employment Status:Candidates must not have previously availed any ESW resettlement/employment benefits from DGR, ECHS, RSB/ZSB, or other Government employment under the ESM quota. An undertaking is mandatory.
