WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Vacancies are advertised for appointment of Vocational Instructor as Guest Lecturer in various trades for a period up to end of Academic year June 2026, in various Government Industrial Training Institutes under the Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Panaji-Goa.
The Vocational Instructors as Guest Lecturer shall not bestow any right/claim for regular appointment. The eligible candidates may appear for Walk-in-Interview along with Original (essential and desirable Educational Qualification Certificates, Experience Certificates, Computer Literacy certificate, Birth Certificate, valid Employment Card and 15 years Residential Certificate in Goa) and attested copies of relevant certificates/documents and passport size photograph in the Office of the Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Shramashakti Bhavan, 3rd Floor, Patto Plaza, Panaji-Goa.
The registration of Candidates will commence One hour before Interview.

01. Vocational Instructor (Practical) in the trade of Sewing Technology (Upto 11/12/2026 on leave vacancy)
No. of post: 01
Essential Qualification:-
(i) National Trade certificate/National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade with three years experience in the relevant field.
(ii) Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in any of the variants under Directorate General of Training (DGT).
(iii) Knowledge of Konkani
Desirable:- Knowledge of Marathi
02. Vocational Instructor (Theory) in the trade of Electronics Mechanic (01 Post)
03. Vocational Instructor (Theory) in the trade of Electrician (01 Post)
04. Vocational Instructor (Theory) in the trade of Wireman (02 Posts)
05. Vocational Instructor (Theory) in the trade of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) (01 Post)
06. Vocational Instructor (Theory) in the trade of Housekeeper (Dual System of Training) (DST) (01 Post)
07. Vocational Instructor (V.I.) (Theory, Workshop Calculation & Science and Engineering Drawing) Maths/Drawing Instructor (01 Post)
Qualification for Posts 02 to 07:
Essential Qualification:-
(i) Bachelor of Vocation/Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering from All India Council for Technical Education/University Grants Commission recognized Engineering College/University or Equivalent.
(ii) One year experience in the relevant field. OR
(i) Three years Diploma in appropriate branch of Engineering from All India Technical Council for Education/recognized Board of Technical Education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from Directorate General of Training.
(ii) Two years experience in the relevant field.
(iii) Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate in any of the variants under Directorate General of Training.
(iv) Knowledge of Konkani
Desirable:- Knowledge of Marathi
Age limit:- Not exceeding 45 years
Note:-
Number of post may vary depend on the work load.
CITS qualification is relaxed in case the candidates are not available.
Post will be renewed every year depending upon workload.
Remuneration:- For the First hour of engaging Theory/Practical for CTS courses, remuneration will be paid at a rate of Rs. 350/- and for subsequent hours the remuneration will be paid at a rate of Rs 250/- per hour with maximum remuneration capping of Rs. 30,000/- p.m.
