Monthly Remuneration: ₹10,000/-.
Essential Qualification
i) Middle pass or VIII class pass.
ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Age Limit
As per the recruitment notification, the age limit for all
these posts will be preferably not less than 18 years and not exceeding 40
years. The age limit is relaxable as per instructions/orders issued by the
Government from time to time.
In case of SC/ST candidates, 5 years relaxation is
applicable. For OBC candidates, 3 years relaxation is applicable, while PH
candidates are eligible for 10 years relaxation. The relaxation is from the
date of application.
15-Year Residence Certificate
A 15 years’ residence certificate is mandatory for all
applicants, subject to the exceptions mentioned in the notification.
State Government employees who are working outside the State
shall be exempted from producing a 15-year residence certificate for their
children.
A person whose marriage is registered in Goa, with the
person having fifteen years’ residence in Goa, and both are residing in the
State of Goa continuously for a period of 5 years, is also covered under the
stated exception.
Ex-servicemen/women and their spouse and children, who are
residing in Goa for the last two years after discharge/release/retirement from
the armed forces, are also mentioned as an exception.
Language Requirement
Knowledge of Konkani is essential, and knowledge of Marathi
is desirable.
Candidates applying for posts where specific language
requirements or qualifications are mentioned should carefully check the

Place of Posting
The selected candidate will be stationed in different parts
of the State.
Therefore, candidates should be prepared to work at the

Nature of Appointment
These posts are purely contractual posts for a period of one
year under the National Health Mission.
The notification specifically states that the selected
candidate shall have no claim in future for absorption in any regular job in
State Government Service.
The notification further states that this is a National
Health Programme and the jobs created will not be regularised.
Council Registration
Applications without valid council registration will not be
entertained for specified posts.
