The Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Government of Goa, has announced a recruitment notification for various contractual positions under the Program Management Unit (PMU) of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), Goa. According to the notification issued on 16 June 2026, the appointments will be made purely on a contract basis and will continue until 31 March 2027. A total of three vacancies have been announced. These include one post of HMIS+ MIS/Data Analyst (IT), one post of Project Co-ordinator (Co-ordination), and one post of Project Co-ordinator (Admin & Support). Candidates who fulfill the educational qualifications, experience requirements, and other eligibility conditions specified in the notification are encouraged to apply.

The HMIS+ MIS/Data Analyst (IT) position carries a consolidated monthly salary of ₹30,000. Candidates applying for this post must possess a Bachelor in Engineering or Technology in Information Technology or Computer Engineering, or a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). In addition, applicants should have completed a certificate course in PGMP, ITIL, or Data Analytics. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a certificate course in MS Office Suite and those who have experience working in the healthcare sector. Applicants must also have a minimum of two years of work experience in either the public or private sector.

For the Project Co-ordinator (Co-ordination) post, candidates should possess an MBA, Master's in Public Health, or Master's in Social Work from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism. Applicants should also be well-versed in MS Office applications. The position requires at least one year of experience in the public or private sector, while candidates with experience in the healthcare sector will receive additional preference. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of ₹20,000 per month.

The Project Co-ordinator (Admin & Support) post requires candidates to hold an MBA in Human Resource Management, a degree in Public Policy, or a degree in Public Administration from a recognized university. A diploma or certificate course in MS Office is considered desirable. Applicants must have at least one year of experience in the public or private sector. Similar to the other positions, candidates with healthcare sector experience will be preferred. The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000.

Apart from the educational qualifications and experience requirements, applicants must satisfy certain general eligibility conditions. Knowledge of Konkani is mandatory, while knowledge of Marathi is desirable. Candidates must also possess a valid 15-year residence certificate issued in the State of Goa. The maximum age limit prescribed for all posts is 45 years. Selected candidates may be posted in different parts of the state depending on organizational requirements.

The Directorate of Health Services has clarified that these appointments are purely contractual in nature and will not confer any right to regularization or permanent absorption into government service. Candidates selected for the positions will be required to undergo verification of antecedents and fulfill all statutory requirements before appointment. Income Tax and other deductions will be applicable as per prevailing government rules.

The documents should include educational qualification certificates, birth certificate, 15-year residence certificate, valid employment registration card, experience certificates, passport-size photograph, and any other relevant documents supporting their candidature.
