Vidya Vikas Mandal’s Shree Damodar College of Commerce & Economics, Shree Damodar Educational Campus, G. R. Kare Road, Tansor, Comba, Margao – Goa 403 601 has invited applications from Indian Nationals for teaching posts in self-financed programmes including BCA, B.Voc. (Software Technologies), BBA (Financial Services), BBA and M.Com for the academic year 2026-27.

• Assistant Professor in Commerce – 03 posts (UG), 02 posts (PG) on contract basis and 02 lecture basis posts (*01 for 1 month)

• Assistant Professor in Financial Services/Commerce – 01 post contract basis

• Assistant Professor in Management – 01 post contract basis

• Assistant Professor in Computer Science – 11 contract basis posts and 01 lecture basis post

• Assistant Professor in English – 01 contract basis post and 01 lecture basis post

• Assistant Professor in Mathematics / Statistics – 01 contract basis post and 01 lecture basis post

• Assistant Professor in Environmental Studies – 02 lecture basis posts

• Assistant Professor in Law – 01 lecture basis post

Minimum Qualifications Required

• i. Post-Graduate degree in the concerned subject with 55% or equivalent grade 

• For the post of Asst. Professor in Commerce - M.Com (Accounting & Finance) 

• For the post of Asst. Professor in Financial Services/Commerce - MFS/MBA(FS)/MCom

• For the post of Asst. Professor in Management - M.B.A in Marketing 

• For the Post of Asst. Professor in Computer Science - MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.Sc.(IT), M.E.(Computer Engineering), M.E. (I.T), M.Tech(Computer Technology), M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) 

• Candidates having skills (working knowledge) in the following areas will be preferred: Full Stack Development, Mobile and Web App Development & Frameworks, Data Analytics, UI/UX Designer, Social Media Marketing and Analytics, Machine Learning,Agile Methodologies, Associate DTP. 

• ii. NET/SET/PhD as per UGC Regulations

Mandatory Requirements

• Certificate of 15 years Residence in Goa
• Knowledge of Konkani is essential
• Knowledge of Marathi is desirable
