The Department of Goa Gazetteer & Historical Records, Miramar-Goa desires to fill up the vacancy arising due to regular employee who has proceeded on maternity leave for six months.

Essential Qualification

• HSSC or equivalent qualification
• Speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand
• Speed of 35 words per minute in typewriting
• Should be Computer literate
• Knowledge of Konkani

Desirable

• Knowledge of Marathi

• Date: 16 March 2026
• Registration Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Interview Time: 10:30 a.m.
• Venue: Department of Goa Gazetteer & Historical Records, BSNL TE Building, Miramar, Goa

Important Notes

• The selected candidates shall have no claim in future for absorption in any regular job in the Department of Goa Gazetteer & Historical Records / State Government Services.
• The above mentioned vacancy will be specifically against the employee who has proceeded on leave and the same can be extended or curtailed to match the tenure of such leave period.

Candidates fulfilling the above requirements for the post of Junior Stenographer are requested to attend the Walk-in-interview on the date, time and venue stated above along with Bio-data along with Photo and original copies of certificates in proof of Educational Qualification, Birth, Residence and Experience if any for verification.

Candidates reporting after the end of registration time will not be allowed to attend the interview.
