The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in workshop-related practical training, handling laboratory and workshop equipment, and supporting students during technical practical sessions.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must satisfy all the following essential qualifications:

  • Must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination with Mathematics and Science conducted by a recognized board.
  • Must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Production Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Must have a minimum of three years of practical experience in two years in a workshop, industry, or technical institute.
  • Must have knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

  • Craftsman Training Institute (CTI) Training.

Although the CTI qualification is desirable and not compulsory, candidates possessing this training may receive preference during the selection process.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 45 years.

However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as follows:

  • Relaxation for Government Servants.
  • Relaxation for Reserved Category candidates in accordance with the Government of Goa rules and instructions issued from time to time.

Pay Scale

The appointment is purely on a contract basis.

Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level 6
