• Ph.D. awarded in regular mode.
• Thesis evaluated by at least two external examiners.
• Open Ph.D. viva-voce conducted.
• Candidate has published two research papers from the Ph.D. work, with at least one published in a refereed journal.
• Candidate has presented at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored, funded or supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agencies.

2. Assistant Professor in Special Education (Contract Basis)

Number of Posts: 2 (1 OBC, 1 UR)

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Master's Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
• M.Ed. (Special Education) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade of B+ in a 10 point scale of UGC guidelines or an Equivalent degree from a Foreign University recognized by RCI.
• Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
• Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable Qualification

• M.Phil./Ph.D. in Special Education.
• Minimum two years of teaching or research experience in Special Education.
• Knowledge of Marathi.

3. Assistant Professor in Special Education (Lecture Basis)

The eligibility requirements remain the same as those prescribed for the Assistant Professor (Contract Basis) position.

OR

• Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.

• In a Factory/ Company or e) in any other Pvt Establishment where not less than 05 persons are employed.

Desirable Qualification

• Knowledge of Marathi.

The Lower Division Clerk will perform office administration, record maintenance, correspondence, filing, and clerical duties.

7. College Counsellor (Contract Basis)

Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Development, or Master's in Arts (Wellness Counselling) with 55% marks from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable Qualification

• Specialization in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
