1. Sr. Officer / Officer (Placement)
Number of Posts: 1
Salary
- Entry
Pay: Rs. 47,600/- to Rs. 44,900/- plus DA and other benefits as per
institute norms.

Educational Qualification
Applicants should possess:
- Graduate
qualification in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates with MBA, Human Resource, Human Resources Development, Human Resources with 10-12 years experience or Post Graduate in any discipline but preferably in Management /Human Resources with 3-4 years of relevant experience in placement management , career services, corporate relations, industry engagement or talent aquisition .
- Strong

Experience

B.E./B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) with 7-10 years of
experience, of which at least 5 years in management of large-scale
institutional or high-rise projects. Proven experience in managing end-to-end
Project packages exceeding ₹100 crore (or equivalent scale).
Preferred Background
• Experience in educational, institutional, or campus development projects
(IITs, NITs, IISc, Central Universities or large private institutions). •
Experience working with reputed PMCs, architects or contractors such as NBCC,
L&T or Tata Projects.
Professionals with strong project management skills and
experience handling multiple contractors and consultants will be preferred.
