Detailed Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria

Chief of Repertory Company

• Educational Qualification: Master's Degree or *equivalent in Theatre Art from recognized Institution with specialization in either Acting, Production/Direction. For candidates with exceptional talent/skill in the filled of Theatre Arts, Educational qualifications could be relaxed. 
• Experience Requirements: 15 yrs. Experience of training artistes in a Rep. Co. or 10 yrs. experience of theatre practice with a reputed Theatre organization/Repertory company/performing group.
• Residency & Language: 3 yrs. experience of management and administration in a reputed Theatre Institution/Repertory Company/Performing Group.
• 15 years residence in the State of Goa.
• Knowledge of Konkani. 
• Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi 
• In such a case academic degree from any stream of a recognized University is essential.

Lecturer in Cello

• Educational Qualification: Passed LRSM/LTCL (Teachers) in the subject instrument/Grade XII year of Kala Academy course with specialization in Cello or other subjects implemented in the Academy or equivalent from any other institution.
• Teaching Experience: Passed at least Grade VIII of Theory of Music from ABRSM or TCL.
• OR 
• Passes Grade VIII of Kala Academy's Theory of Music Examination.
• (a) Essential at least 2 students who have successfully completed Grade VIII practical from ABRSM/TCL in the subject instrument. 
• OR 
• (a)Should have sent not less then 10 students who have successfully completed practical music examinations of ABRSM/TCL in the subject instrument at Grade VI to Grade VIII.
• Higher Secondary School Certificate.
• Five years of teaching experience in the subject instrument.
• Certificate of fifteen years residence in Goa.
• Knowledge of Konkani.
• Desirable: 
• 1.Knowldge of Marathi.

Programme Executive

• Educational Qualification: Graduation degree.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience of associating with the work of planning & organizing programmes of different types in the field of Art & Culture.
• Communication Skills: Must possess good communication skills, compering skills & public speaking skills in Konkani, Marathi, English & Hindi.
• Residency & Language: Certificate of 15 years residence in Goa and essential knowledge of Konkani. Desirable backgrounds include a Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, or Drama/Music/Fine Arts, alongside knowledge of Marathi.

Music Trainer (Harmonium / Flute)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Music or Visharad Degree from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, OR Sangeet Parangat from Kala Academy, OR Sangeet Kushal from Kala Academy in the relevant subject or equivalent.
• Experience & Language: Three years of teaching experience is required. Candidates must have 15 years of residence in the State of Goa, essential knowledge of Konkani, and desirable knowledge of Marathi.

Accompanist Posts (Mridangum / Vocal Kathak / Tabla / Nagma & Harmonium)

• Mridangum & Vocal Kathak: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Music in the relevant subject, OR Sangeet Visharad of Gandharva Maha Vidyalaya, OR Sangeet Kushal of Kala Academy, OR status as a Traditional/Professional artist with excellent achievement in the subject concerned and an approved artist of All India Radio. Vocal Kathak candidates must specifically be able to accompany the Kathak Dance form. Both require 15 years of Goan residency, essential Konkani, and desirable Marathi knowledge.
• Nagma / Harmonium & Tabla: Requires good skill in accompaniment and performance paired with 2 years’ experience of accompaniment. Knowledge of Konkani and/or Marathi is desirable.

Administrative & Technical Staff (Junior Cultural Assistant, Technical Assistant Electrical, MTS)

• Junior Cultural Assistant: Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, knowledge of computers, two years of experience in the field of Art & Culture, and knowledge of Konkani (essential) and Marathi (desirable).
• Technical Assistant (Electrical): Requires an S.S.C. along with a Certificate Course of minimum one/two years duration in the respective field from a recognized institute. Needs 3 years of practical experience in an organization of repute in the operation & maintenance of different types of systems in the relevant field, 15 years domicile in Goa, knowledge of Konkani, and desirable knowledge of Marathi.
• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board/Institution, OR passed courses conducted by an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade. Candidates must have 15 years of residence in the State of Goa, essential knowledge of Konkani, and desirable multitasking skills (operating office machines, including computers) and Marathi knowledge.

Mandatory Global Eligibility Rules & Age Limit
