The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs (DSYA), Government of Goa, has invited applications from eligible candidates for various contractual positions at the Indoor Residential School, Amona Parnkar Sports Excellence Centre, Kushawati District, Sattari Taluka, Goa. Coach – 5 Posts

The coaching vacancies are available in the following sports disciplines:

• Kabaddi – 1 Post
• Kho-Kho – 1 Post
• Handball – 1 Post
• Badminton – 1 Post
• Athletics – 1 Post

Administrator – 1 Post

One vacancy has been announced for the post of Administrator.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 1 Post

One vacancy is available for the post of Lower Division Clerk.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – 1 Post

One vacancy is available for Multi-Tasking Staff.

Cook – 1 Post

One vacancy is available for Cook.

Kitchen Helper – 1 Post

One vacancy is available for Kitchen Helper.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive consolidated monthly remuneration as follows:

• Coach – ₹45,000 per month
• Administrator – ₹30,000 per month
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – ₹21,000 per month
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – ₹18,000 per month
• Cook – ₹25,000 per month
• Kitchen Helper – ₹20,000 per month

Educational Qualification for Coach

Candidates applying for the post of Coach must possess:

• Degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Coaching in the respective games/sports from a recognized institution with at least one year duration, or
• Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Konkani is essential.

Desirable qualifications include:

• Two years of coaching experience in the respective game or sport.
• Knowledge of Marathi.

Educational Qualification for Administrator

Candidates must possess:

• Degree from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of computers and computer applications.
• Computer literacy certificate or relevant computer course qualification.
• Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Marathi.

Educational Qualification for Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

Applicants should possess:

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of computer applications.
• English typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Marathi.

Educational Qualification for Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Candidates must have:

• Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination from a recognized Board.

OR

• Completed a course conducted by an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade from a recognized institution.

Additionally, candidates must possess:

• Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Marathi.

Educational Qualification for Cook

Applicants must possess:

• Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent qualification.
• Certificate or Diploma in Cookery, Food Production, or Catering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant in a Government Department, Hotel, Hostel, Hospital, Sports Complex, Educational Institution, or similar establishment.
• Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of maintaining kitchen inventory and utensils.

Educational Qualification for Kitchen Helper

Candidates should possess:

• Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Marathi.
• Practical experience in kitchen work, cleaning utensils, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Walk-In Interview Details

Eligible candidates fulfilling all prescribed criteria must attend the walk-in interview with original documents and self-attested photocopies.
