Saraswat Education Society’s Sridora Caculo College of Commerce & Management Studies, Mapusa, Goa, invites applications from Indian Nationals for various teaching posts for the academic year 2026-2027. The following positions are available under self-financed programmes:

Eligibility Criteria

• General Recruitment Notes

  • Filling of posts is subject to the availability of workload.

  • A valid 15-year residence certificate in Goa is required.

  • Knowledge of Konkani is essential, while knowledge of Marathi is desirable.

  Educational Qualifications

• BBA Posts (Sr. No. A): Candidates must have a First-class Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration in a relevant discipline or a first-class, two-year full-time PGDM recognized by AIU/AICTE/UGC.
• BCA Post (Sr. No. B-1): Candidates must possess an M.Sc. in Computer Science, M.Sc. (IT), MCA, ME (Computer Engineering), M.Tech. (Computer Tech.), or M.Sc. (Electronics).

• General Teaching Posts: A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a relevant/allied subject from an Indian or accredited foreign university is required.

Eligibility and Exemptions

• NET/SET Requirement: Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar accredited tests like SLET/SET.
• Ph.D. Exemption: Candidates awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009 are exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement for Assistant Professor positions.
• Availability Exemption: NET/SLET/SET is not required for Master's disciplines where such tests are not conducted.
• Relaxations:
• A 5% relaxation at the graduate and master's level is provided for SC/ST/Differently-abled and OBC (Non-creamy layer) categories.

• A 5% relaxation (from 55% to 50%) is provided to Ph.D. degree holders who obtained their Master’s degree prior to September 19, 1991.

Pay Scale & Service Conditions

• The scale of pay and terms of service are as laid down by Goa University, the Directorate of Higher Education, and other competent authorities.

• Applications stating full name, address, age, date of birth, and educational qualifications (S.S.C. onwards) should be submitted.

• Include marks/percentages secured, Caste Certificate, Residence Certificate, and Experience Certificates.

• Applications can be sent by post or handed over at the college office between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m..

• Deadline: Applications must reach the college within 15 days from the advertisement date, no later than 28th May 2026.
