Job Responsibilities
- Legal drafting of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Coordinate with company lawyers on all legal matters
- Appear/represent the company before Revenue Courts, Civil Courts, and Government departments
- Handle other legal work as required by the company
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Law Graduate (LLB)
Experience Required
- 5 to 7 years experience in:
- Legal drafting
- Research
- Legal documentation work
- 3 to 4 years legal practice
Required Knowledge
- Corporate Law
- Civil Law
- Criminal Law
