The Inspectorate of Factories and Boilers, Altinho, Panaji, Goa has announced a walk-in interview for the post of Labour Inspector (Chemical) on a contract basis.
The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the child care leave vacancy. The engagement will be from 01/06/2026 up to 31/05/2027 or whichever is earlier.

Qualification Required: M.Sc. in Physical / Analytical / Inorganic Chemistry from a recognised university or equivalent.
Duties of the Post
- Follow up Industrial Hygiene Programmes and Surveys

Perform duties related to Physical, Chemical, Environmental and Work Zone Monitoring sampling and analysis

Deliver lectures in the field of Industrial Hygiene

Conduct practical demonstrations of Industrial Hygiene equipment
- Essential Requirement: Knowledge of Konkani
- Desirable Requirement: Knowledge of Marathi
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years
