Job Description:
- Lead, coordinate, monitor, and supervise day-to-day activities across one or more production areas to meet operational targets.
- Develop and guide team members to enhance skills, productivity, and overall responsiveness.
Technician, Process

Department: Datacenter - Operations APAC

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering (ECE / Mechanical / E&E)

Years of Experience: Bachelor’s Min. 3 yrs / Diploma Min. 5 yrs

Job Description:
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Process Engineers to implement standard production processes and support changeovers.
- Perform process audits during shifts and conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances.
- Modify or develop new processes/methods, tools, fixtures or equipment for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
⏰ Walk-in Timing & Venue
Walk-in interviews will be conducted between 10:00 am to 3:30 pm at CommScope India Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. N-2, Phase IV, Verna Industrial Estate, Verna, Goa.
