Job Responsibilities

Back Office Assistant

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining office records, handling documentation, performing data entry, preparing reports, coordinating with departments, managing correspondence, maintaining databases, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this role.

Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining GST records, assisting with taxation and audits, processing payroll, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. Candidates with knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting software will have an added advantage.

Tele Caller

Tele Callers will communicate with customers over phone, explain products and services, generate leads, maintain customer databases, schedule appointments, resolve customer queries, conduct follow-ups, and help achieve business targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important for this position.
