Goa Govt Recruitment 2026: Legal Officer Vacancy (Contract Basis)

The Directorate of Industries, Trade & Commerce (DITC), Government of Goa, has released a recruitment notification for the post of Legal Officer on a contract basis. This opportunity is offered through the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC), Goa for a period of one year.


Post Details

Educational Qualification

Essential:

  1. Degree in Law from a recognized Law University with a minimum of 50% marks
  2. Knowledge of Konkani

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Marathi

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of legal work experience in various courts/ Government, or quasi-judicial bodies including Tribunals with mandatory relevant experience of at least 1 year in dealing with  MSME disputes of  arbitration and mediation matters
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Proficiency in English and local languages
  • Working knowledge of MS Office

Age Limit

  • Not exceeding 40 years (as per Government norms)
