Educational Qualification
Essential:
- Degree in Law from a recognized Law University with a minimum of 50% marks
- Knowledge of Konkani
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Marathi
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of legal work experience in various courts/ Government, or quasi-judicial bodies including Tribunals with mandatory relevant experience of at least 1 year in dealing with MSME disputes of arbitration and mediation matters
- Strong drafting skills
- Proficiency in English and local languages
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Age Limit
- Not exceeding 40 years (as per Government norms)
