DRISHTI Hiring 13 Beach Marshals for Goa’s Top Beaches

According to the latest advertisement in O Heraldo (April 12, 2026), there are 13 vacancies available for individuals who are confident, communicative, and ready to assist tourists.
Job Locations
Selected candidates will be posted at the following popular beaches:
North Goa: Candolim, Calangute, Baga.
South Goa: Colva, Benaulim.
Salary and Shift Details
The roles offer different structures for male and female candidates:

| Male | 12 hrs (Night / Day) | ₹18,602 – ₹19,500 + ₹1,500 allowance |

Eligibility & Requirements
Age: 18 - 40 years.
Education: Minimum 8th Pass (must be able to read and write).
Skills: Good communication skills in Konkani and Hindi/English.
Confident personality.
Ability to assist and guide tourists effectively.
