Minimum Qualification:

MCA, BCA, MSc, BSc, BTech, MTech in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering / ETC.
ME / BE in any stream with required experience.

1. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT (using .NET, Java, React, Next.js)

• Build secure and scalable applications & APIs.
• Work with microservices, caching (Redis) and service integrations.

---

2. DATABASE DEVELOPMENT & ADMINISTRATION

• Develop, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and other databases.
• Experience in migrations, schema design, and working with cloud-managed DBs (e.g., AWS RDS).

---

3. TESTING / QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Conduct automated and manual testing of applications and APIs.
• Ensure compliance with performance, load, and security benchmarks.

---

4. DEVOPS ENGINEERING

• Experience in CI/CD implementation with strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

---

Minimum Requirement

• 1* years of relevant experience in Software Development, Database Development & Administration, Testing / Quality Assurance, UI/UX Design & Development, DevOps Engineering.

5. SYSTEM / SERVER ADMINISTRATOR

• Minimum 3–4 years experience in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix), and backup solutions.
• Strong exposure to AWS/Azure cloud, patch management, infrastructure security, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Experience in Disaster Recovery Management (DRM) is essential.
• Knowledge of DaaS/VDI/Amazon Workspaces will be an added advantage.

6. DELIVERY MANAGER

• Minimum 4 yrs of experience in IT project delivery, with strong skills in project planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in managing development teams, monitoring progress through dashboards, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery of projects with defined quality standards.
• Strong communication and process governance skills are essential.

Additional Desirable Requirement

• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (autoscaling, managed services).
• Hands-on experience with Redis, caching strategies, and cloud-managed databases.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and API-driven architectures.

7. ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR MANAGER (Business Analysis)

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an IT organisation for Junior Manager (Business Analysis).
• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Analysis in an IT organisation.

8. ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR MANAGER (Projects)

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an IT organisation.
• For Junior Manager (Projects), minimum 2 years experience of project management in an IT organisation.
