POST 1 – FACILITIES MANAGER
Qualification	Graduate / Postgraduate in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
Experience	Minimum 8 years experience in facilities or campus management in a reputed institution
Job Responsibilities	Overall upkeep and management of campus infrastructure including academic blocks, utilities, housekeeping and vendor coordination
Additional Requirements	Statutory compliance, safety standards, preventive maintenance, cost control, leadership skills and contractor coordination
POST 2 – MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Qualification	Graduate / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience	Minimum 5 years experience in execution / maintenance of MEPF equipment
Job Profile	Day-to-day maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and civil works
Mandatory Requirement	11 KV supervisory licence from Government authority
Additional Skills	Knowledge of government regulations, compliances and vendor/contractor handling
POST 3 – SECURITY OFFICER
Qualification	Preferably Graduate
Experience	Minimum 5 years experience in security operations in an educational institution
Preference	Ex-servicemen will be preferred
Responsibilities	Campus security, supervision of security staff, access control, surveillance systems and emergency response
Skills Required	Discipline management, report preparation and coordination with local authorities
Salary	Commensurate with qualifications and experience
