Oversees daily reception operations, manages staff (training, scheduling), handles guest relations (check-in/out, complaints, requests), controls reservations and room assignments, coordinates with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance), manages budgets, and ensures high guest satisfaction through excellent service, all while maintaining a professional front desk environment and accurate records.
Note: 2–3 years experience in a similar role
Housekeeping Assistant – 4 Posts (Male)
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas (rooms, public spaces, restrooms) through sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting, plus waste disposal, linen management, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues to ensure a hygienic, safe, and presentable environment, often requiring physical stamina and adherence to strict protocols.
