Designation & Qualification Details

1. Academic Associate – OB & HR

• Masters Degree in Human Resources & Organization Behaviour (PhD preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eye for detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ownership driven and proactive attitude
2. Academic Associate – POM / IT

• Masters degree in Management / IT or related field (PhD preferred)
• MCA / BCA
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ownership driven and proactive
3. Manager – Accreditations

• Masters degree in Management / Public Policy / Quality / Education
• Certification in Quality Assurance / Accreditation desirable
• Minimum 7 years experience in accreditation or academic administration
• Exposure to AACSB, NAAC, NBA, EQUIS or AMBA frameworks
• Strong documentation and benchmarking skills
• Proficiency in Excel templates and ERP/HRIS
• Excellent written and coordination skills
4. Student Counsellor

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
5. Manager – Human Resources

• Master’s degree in HR / Social Work / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations
• LLB will be an added advantage
6. Head – Programs Office

• Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
• Certifications in Academic Administration / Educational Leadership / Quality Assurance preferred

Experience:
• Minimum 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in academic administration and program management at nationally or internationally ranked institutions
• Proven expertise in planning, coordination and oversight of academic programs including scheduling, grading and policy implementation
  • At least 3 years in a senior managerial role with direct accountability for academic governance, regulatory compliance (UGC, AICTE), and multi-stakeholder coordination (faculty, examination office, registrar, finance, IT, and accreditation bodies). •Prior experience in supporting academic committees (e.g., Academic Council, Program Governance Committee) and Assurance of Learning (AoL) processes will be highly preferred.
7. Manager – Student Affairs

• Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Educational Administration, Management, Student Affairs, Psychology or Social Work
• Certification in counselling, mental health, leadership or higher education management preferred
• Minimum 10 years experience in Student Affairs / Administration / Academic Services
• At least 3 years in leadership or managerial role
• Experience in reputed Business Schools in India or abroad
• Strong experience in student development programs and campus life management
• Knowledge of student wellness, mental health initiatives and compliance reporting
8. Accounts Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• 2–3 years experience preferred
• Freshers with good academic record may also apply
