Goa Human Resource Development Corporation (GHRDC) invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement on a purely empanelment basis for various posts including Male Security Guard, Steno Secretary/Personal Assistant, Multi-Tasking Staff, and Attendant (Utility). Interested candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria are requested to submit their applications within the stipulated time as per the details mentioned in the advertisement.

Designation: Male Security Guard (Multi-skilled)

Essential Qualifications

1. VIII std pass 
2. Age: 18-32 years
3. Knowledge of Konkani

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi

Physical parameters for Male Security Guard:-

• Weight

 Proportionate Corresponding to Height and age as per Medical 

 Standards

• Height: 157cm
• Chest: 80-85cm (5cm expanded)
• Eligible candidates will have to pass the Physical Efficiency Test and Oral Interview.

Pay and allowances with KSI and EPF facilities: Rs.18,000/-per month

Designation: Steno Secretary/ Personal Assistant

Essential Qualifications

1. Graduate

2. Short Hand Typing Certificate

3. Age: 18 - 45 Yrs

4. Knowledge of Konkani

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi

Pay and allowances with KSI and EPF facilities: Rs.22,000/-per month

Designation: Multi-Tasking Staff

Essential Qualifications

1. X Std. Pass
2. Age: 18 - 45 Yrs
3. Knowledge of Konkani

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi

Mode of selection : Skill test

Pay and allowances with KSI and EPF facilities: Rs.16,000/-per month

Designation: Attendant (utility)

Essential Qualifications

1. VI Std. Pass
2. Age: 18 - 45 Yrs
3. Knowledge of Konkani

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi

Mode of selection : Skill test

Pay and allowances with KSI and EPF facilities: Rs.16,000/-per month

How to apply: Interested and eligible candidates submit application form along with the following documents:-

• Recent passport size coloured photograph.

• Self attested copies of educational qualifications.

• Self attested copy of birth certificate.

• Self attested copy of valid 15 years residence certificate in Goa issued by Competent Authority.

• Self attested copy of employment exchange registration card.

Posting of selected candidates shall be anywhere in the state of Goa subject to availability of vacancies.

The applications complete in all respects with self-attested copies of all relevant documents should reach this Corporation on or before 16/01/2026 during working hours.

The incomplete and late applications shall be summarily rejected.
