Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani – K K Birla Goa Campus has released an official notification inviting applications for various non-teaching staff positions. The recruitment includes posts such as Career Mentorship Manager, Civil Engineer, Junior Engineer (Electrical), and Technician (Audio Visual). Exposure to corporate HR or higher education counselling. Experience in assessments, skilling and L&D preferred.
2	Engineer (Civil) (Estate Management Unit)	1	CTC	Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience (Starting CTC: Rs. 10.00 LPA)	B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years relevant experience. Experience in campus or institutional infrastructure (IITs, NITs, IIMs, central universities or large private institutions) preferred. Desirable: M.E. / M.Tech in Construction Management / Project Management. Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
3	Junior Engineer Gr-I (Electrical)	1	7	Entry Pay: Rs. 44,900 plus DA & other benefits as per Institute norms	Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 12 years experience OR B.E./B.Tech (Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering) with minimum 5 years experience OR M.E./M.Tech in Power & Energy Systems with minimum 3 years experience.
4	Technician (Computer Centre – Audio Visual)	1	4	Entry Pay: Rs. 25,500 plus DA & other benefits as per Institute norms	Fresh Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Audio & Visual Production / Fine Arts with specialization in Media Technology OR Diploma with 5 years experience in Audio Visual / Media industry. Experience in educational institutions preferred. Desirable: Certification in light & sound engineering. Photography, videography and media editing certification.
