Note:
1. In case required number of
candidates are not found eligible in the categories of Persons with Disability, CFF, Ex-Servicemen
or Sportsperson, then the said vacancies will be filled up from candidates
belonging to Unreserved category)

2. The educational and other
qualifications required for the post of Accountant as per the Recruitment Rules
notified are as follows:
Educational Qualification Requirement
i. Bachelor of commerce or Bachelor of Arts with
Economics from a recognized University/ Institution.
ii. Knowledge of konkani
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi
3. Age Limit prescribed: Not
exceeding 45 years as on date of filling of Application Form (relaxable for
Government servants by 05 years and those in Reserved Category as per
guidelines prescribed by the government from time to time).
4. In terms of Government
Notifications issued in this regard from time to time, following type of/
Category of disability under persons with disability category only shall be
eligible for the post of Accountant.

b)
One Leg- OL,
c)
One Arm & One Leg- OAL,
d)
Both Leg - BL and
e)
Hearing Impairment
5. Interested and Eligible
candidates should fill and submit the
Prescribed Application Form through online mode only available at www.accountsgoa.gov.in from
10/05/2021 to 31/05/2021.
6. Only the eligible
candidates fulfilling the criteria as per the Recruitment Rules/ Advertisement
shall apply and the candidates need not furnish any documents at the time of
applying for the post. However the
candidature of the shortlisted candidate shall not be considered, if she/ he is
found ineligible at the time of verification of the essential documents, even
though has passed the Examination.
7. The instructions/ Guidelines
regarding eligibility, payment of fees, syllabus etc available on the
Departmental website www.accountsgoa.gov.in
shall strictly adhered to by each and every candidate, which will be made available from 10/05/2021
onwards.
