- Candidate should hold degree of law of recognised university
- Candidate should have experience as practicing lawyer for not less than 3 years
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of the procedure of legislature secretariat and constitutional law

- Knowledge of marathi is desirable and preliminary training in word processing and data entry
