   Mandatory requirements :

• Candidate should have 15 years of Residence Certificate in Goa
• Knowledge of konkani is essentiala and Marathi is Desirable
  
  Educational Qualification Requirment :
  
  
• Candidate should have good academic record with at least 55% mrks in a point scale wherver grading system is followed at the Master's Degree Level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
• Candidates should have NET/SET for lecturers conducted by UGC
• However candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with the UGC as incorporated in the relevant GU statutes, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibity condition NET/SET

Pay Scale conditions :

• As prescribed by Goa Univeristy, DHE and Govt. of Goa
