Applications are invited for the following Government aided post on contract basis for the academic year 2020-21

1. Name of the Post : Librarian
   
   Nature of post : Contract 

Educational qualification requirement :

• Master degree in Library Science, information science or documentation science or an equivalent professional degree, with atleast 55% marks.
• All consisitenly good academic record with knowledge of computerization of a library
• Candidate must have NET or SET or have been awarded a Ph.D degree in accordance with UGC
• As per relevant Goa university statute

Service and conditions and Salary : As per the rules of Goa University and Directorate of Higher Education and Government of Goa.

Note :

• Complete applications in all respects along with attested phto copies of marksheets of all public examinations fromSSc onwards and valid 15 years of Residence Certificate issued by a competent Authority should be produced along with original documents at the time of interview.
