   iii) Candidate should have independent drafting capability with fluent English

   v) Candidate should have well versed in property-related laws
   vi) Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate firm 
   vii) Candidate residing in and around Panaji can apply
   
   
2. Sales Manager/Sales Executive 
   
   Requirement :
   
   i) Male/Female
   ii) Candidate should be smart dynamic and hardworking
   ii) Candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Luxury Real estate Sales
   iv) Candidate should have a means of transport
   
   
3. Engineer for Quality control
   
   Requirement :
   
   i) Female
   ii) Educational Qualification: BE/Diploma/ITI
   iii) Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate
   iv) The candidate will have to travel to the site to check work quality and report
