Job Title : JRF Position Under SERB-DST Funded Project

Applications are invited for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Department : Mathematics

Project Titled : "Numerical Approximation of Optimal Control Problems Using Virtual Element Method"

Eligibility :

• Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics
• Should have First Class (or atleast CGPA 6.5)
• Should have good academic background
• Should have knowledge in Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis
• Should have knowledge in Mathematical softwares like MATLAB/MATHEMATICA etc
• Preference will be given to the NET/GATE qualified Candidate

Project Duration : 3 years

Fellowship Amount : Rs.31,000/- per month for first 2 years
                                   Rs.35,000/- per month for 3rd year or as applicable based on the                                           SERB Guidelines
